User Acceptance Testing Analyst

Role: Manual & UAT Testing

Location: Columbus, OH

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in manual testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services domain (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and defect lifecycle
• Experience creating:
• Test plans
• Test cases
• Test scenarios
• Traceability matrices
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders for UAT validation
• Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM)
