As a Sales Support Analyst within our U.S. Funds Sales & Client Services (US Retirement) team, you will support the “Retirement Link” and “Everyday 401K” businesses by enabling end-to-end sales and service execution through cross-functional coordination.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support onshore J.P. Morgan partners to meet sales and service objectives in a compliant and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with implementation managers to onboard clients and manage new/existing contracts, renewals, and amendments.
  • Ensure monthly FINRA correspondence is received and submitted through the internal approval workflow.
  • Facilitate creation of plan and participant communications for prospective and existing clients.
  • Produce periodic plan review materials and coordinate delivery for existing clients.
  • Execute ongoing business governance activities in partnership with onshore product managers.
  • Assist client advisors and internal client advisors with prospecting support and sales enablement requests.
  • Review and complete plan and participant communications by coordinating required approvals and stakeholder inputs.
  • Submit completed RFPs through the internal approval system and track completion milestones.
  • Maintain internal databases, systems, and applications to enable smooth handoffs across the sales cycle.
  • Deliver standard and ad hoc reporting, CRM maintenance, and partner inquiries aligned to business priorities.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • MBA (Finance) or CFA with at least 1 year of industry experience and knowledge of the sales process.
  • Understand investment philosophies and asset classes.
  • Demonstrate strong quantitative orientation and data analytics capability.
  • Possess proficiency in Adobe Professional and MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, SharePoint, PowerPoint).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills 

  • Hold CFA (if not already) or equivalent investment/retirement domain credential.
  • Bring experience supporting defined contribution/retirement plan solutions (401(k)) and related client communications.
