Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Note: This role may be filled as 3F (Sr Analyst) or 3G (Analyst) depending on candidate experience and knowledge.

Supports field sales organization by developing and maintaining sales data and related business intelligence. Monitors trends and tracks results via actionable reports. Applies knowledge of business and balanced judgment in interpretation of data (analytics). Demonstrate an understanding of and the ability to analyze quantitative information presented in a variety of formats. Position will be responsible for preparing all enterprise-wide sales portfolio management reporting dashboards and analyses. This position will also spend a significant amount of time participating in the development and maintenance of data interfaces between various information warehouses/reporting systems. Considered analytical or procedural experts representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables.

The Work Itself
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and AdHoc reporting and ensure the information is readily accessible to the field sales organization via posting on Sales Performance site and via push report methods.
  • Identify operating/performance trends and outliers via interpretation of business intelligence data and quantitative analysis.
  • Assist with development and implementation of appropriate metrics/reporting that drive business results and adoption of best practices.
  • Interprets and translates business data and intelligence into market insights and actionable reporting.
  • Communication with all levels of sales organization to support corporate objectives and identification of market growth opportunities and competitive landscape.
  • Enable sales teams for success through actionable recommendations and executive summaries to accompany data and analytics.
  • Support of and participation with senior leadership team and matrix partners in revenue generation and process improvement opportunities.
  • Elevates risk issues to management: supports monitoring and mitigation of risk elements by first line of defense.
  • Active role with greater sales performance team.
The Skills You Bring Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience
  • High school Diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred Qualifications3F
  • HS diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred.
  • 5 + years in customer service or financial services industry is needed.
  • At least 2 years leadership experience preferred.
  • Ability to provide advice/direction in primary areas of expertise.
  • Leveraging technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results.
  • Contribute to and manage projects.
  • Demonstrate a highly developed understanding of quantitative and qualitative analysis and research methods.
Pay range - 70,000 - ​$95,000​- $120,000
3G
  • HS diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate / Bachelor's degree in business related discipline preferred.
  • 3 + years in customer service or financial services industry is needed.
  • Prior leadership experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts.
  • Leveraging technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results.
  • Demonstrate a highly developed understanding of quantitative and qualitative analysis and research methods.

Base Pay Range: $70000 - $120000 USDAn individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer. Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
