Their work often centers on structuring estates, minimizing taxes, and planning asset transfers across generations, alongside handling related business and real estate matters.

Job Details- J.D. from an ABA-approved law school
- Admitted to practice law in Illinois and in good standing with the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission
- 7+ years of experience as a trusts and estates attorney
- Experience handling sophisticated estate planning and wealth transfer matters including gift, estate, income tax, GST, charitable, and family business succession planning
- Experience preparing estate and gift tax returns and the ability to manage complex trust administration and probate matters from beginning to end with paralegal support
