Location: This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA. We are looking for someone who can work in the office approximately 3 days per week while enjoying some flexibility.


Note: Candidates must have strong civil litigation experience and be licensed to practice law in California. Probate, trusts, estates, or fiduciary litigation experience is strongly preferred.

Job Description

  • Handle civil litigation matters involving trusts, estates, probate disputes, business disputes, and related litigation.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, settlement materials, and other litigation documents.
  • Manage discovery, conduct legal research, prepare case strategy, and support matters from inception through resolution.
  • Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal team members.
  • Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and other litigation-related proceedings.
  • Work closely with experienced partners while also taking ownership of your own matters and responsibilities.
  • Help deliver practical, strategic, and client-focused solutions in a professional and collaborative environment.


Qualifications

  • California Bar admission required.
  • 2+ years of civil litigation experience preferred.
  • Experience with probate, trusts, estates, fiduciary disputes, or estate litigation is a strong plus.
  • Strong legal writing, research, case management, and client communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling discovery, motion practice, court filings, and litigation deadlines.
  • Professional, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to excellent client service.
  • Strong judgment, integrity, work ethic, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
