Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements and transactional documents.
Advise clients on business, corporate, and transactional matters.
Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders to facilitate successful transactions.
Qualifications:
2-3+ years of transactional, corporate, commercial real estate, or business law experience.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage client relationships and work independently.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000-$160,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
