Law firm with over 500 attorneys and a renowned Intellectual Property practice is recruiting for a Trademark Prosecution Paralegal. This is a diverse position, and you'll be able to take the TM from start to finish. The work is primarily domestic prosecution; you’ll also have a chance to work with foreign prosecution and even some patent.
Ideal candidate will have experience with applications, renewals, extensions, affidavits of use, as well as docketing, efiling to USPTO, and searches. Patent and foreign TM prosecution are a plus.
