Estate Planning Paralegal for Pinnacle Legacy Law (PLL), an estate planning, trusts & will firm. We are an established law firm based in Little Rock, Arkansas with a focus on Estate Planning, Elder Law Planning and Business Planning. We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to support our Little Rock based estate and business planning team. This team not only provides services to clients of the team; this team is the model team that mentors the attorney teams that are located in our offices around the state and around the United States. This team’s approach is used as the model across our entire national estate planning platform. This role requires a combination of technical skills, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and an authentic desire to work as part of a team. In this role, you will be directly in contact with clients and prospective clients, prepare documents for signing and conduct signing meetings. This position will require exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and an authentic desire to work as part of a team. This is a full-time position.

The compensation provided will be an attractive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000/yr depending on the applicant's level of experience. In addition, compensation will also include a significant performance-based monthly bonus tied to the production of the team you support. The base salary, when combined with the performance-based compensation will produce a total compensation package that exceeds $100,000/yr. We also provide an excellent employee benefits package that includes a profit sharing program tied to overall firm performance.
