Perform trademark clearances;
Handle all aspects of trademark applications, including preparation and filing, extensions of time, statements of use, renewals, etc.;
Follow up with clients regarding 1st use dates, specimens, renewals, and post-issue requirements such as Statement of Use, Section 8 & 15, etc.
Maintain trademark docket;
Provide support for domestic and foreign infringement matters, as requested, such as assembling evidentiary material;
Research information through the USPTO, WIPO websites, and other trademark online resources;
Prepare correspondence to clients regarding USPTO and foreign counsel communications;
