Trade Support Analyst @ Asset Management Firm

Coda Search is partnering with a global asset management firm with offices located in downtown Boston. This is a highly reputable firm that manages close to $60BN in assets with offices across the globe. The team is seeking to hire a Trade Support Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the portfolio managers overseeing trade execution, documentation, and settlement. The role gets great exposure across the group and works closely with various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage trading operations including execution, confirmation, and settlement
• Maintain proper trade documentation and identity any discrepancies
• Monitor the trade life cycle including cancelations and amendments
• Prepare reports for senior leadership and the portfolio managers
• Assist with the process improvements across the group
• Perform trade reconciliation and investigate discrepancies

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required
• 3+ years of experience in a trade support position
• Prior experience in credit, fixed income and ETF products
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
