Kearney Law is seeking an experienced Title Manager / Senior Title Agent to lead and expand our growing title division in Tampa, Florida. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned title professional who enjoys both hands-on closings and operational leadership.

What You'll Do:
- As our Title Manager / Senior Title Agent, you'll serve as the primary title professional overseeing residential and commercial transactions from opening through closing while helping establish the processes, workflows, and infrastructure needed to support future growth.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has extensive title insurance and real estate closing experience
- Enjoys managing transactions from start to finish
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Wants to play a key role in building and scaling a title operation
- Has experience leading title teams, departments, or operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from opening through closing
- Review title commitments, identify title issues, and coordinate resolutions
- Ensure smooth and compliant closings while delivering exceptional client service
- Develop and improve operational processes and workflows
- Help build and grow the title division as transaction volume increases
- Support future hiring, training, and management of team members
- Collaborate closely with attorneys, lenders, real estate professionals, buyers, and sellers
What We're Looking For
Required Experience:
- Significant experience in title insurance, escrow, settlement, or real estate closings
- Strong knowledge of Florida title insurance and closing procedures
- Ability to independently manage a high volume of files and transactions
- Experience reviewing title commitments and resolving title-related issues
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing a title company, title department, or title operations team
- Multi-state title and closing experience
- Experience building workflows, processes, and operational efficiencies
- Qualia experience is a plus
- Florida Title Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
Compensation:
💰 $70,000–$80,000 annually
