Temporary Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive temporary Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and logistical coordination
  • Provide both in-person and virtual support, including meeting coordination and travel arrangements
  • Handle HR-related invoicing, including coding, expense report processing, and tracking for final approvals
  • Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Support reporting and administrative functions, including Excel-based data tracking and analysis


Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Experience with expense reports, calendar management, and travel coordination
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
