We are currently seeking candidates for an Interim Executive Assistant at a global asset management company located in Downtown Boston, MA, 02109.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced administrative support role in the financial services/asset management industry.
This is a temporary role (est. 8+ months) and will pay between $30.00 and $35.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week.
Candidate must be very professional and able to manage time extremely well and meet numerous deadlines each day.
On-site 4 days per week.
Starts May 11th, 2026.
Responsibilities
Administrative support and client service for the assigned Executive/Team
Global calendar management
Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Meeting preparation, including gathering and distributing materials
Take meeting notes
Create presentations, charts, and spreadsheets for meetings
Manage the filing system and expense reporting
Assist in day-to-day operations
Assist in projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced administrative support role in the financial services/asset management industry (preferred)
Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); experience with Adobe Acrobat preferred
A team player with a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Thoroughness, attention to detail, and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
