JOB SUMMARY:


This Digital Sales Specialist is accountable for software sales in their region. The Digital Sales Specialist partners with Territory Managers to drive adoption of the organization's digital portfolio of solution by engaging directly with dental clinics, delivering product demonstrations, and supporting the sales process from lead through close. This role drives annual sales goals by collaborating with Territory Managers and working within the organizations network of authorized dealers, leveraging technical expertise and strong customer engagement to communicate value and drive adoption of digital solutions.


JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Owns digital revenue target within assigned region.
  • Leads digital opportunity strategy and closing process in partnership with Territory Managers. Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations for dental clinics and stakeholders. Demonstrates value-based selling and ROI articulation for software solutions
  • Accountable for pipeline generation and conversion metrics. Support the sales cycle from lead generation through close
  • Responsible for inside/outside sales for organic growth of our digital products
  • Collaborate with authorized dealers, dental schools, and government accounts
  • Maintain product knowledge and effectively communicate technical value propositions
  • Track activities, customer interactions, and sales progress in CRM systems. Partners with internal teams to drive retention and expansion

QUALIFICATIONS


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Working knowledge of sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and closing techniques
  • Working knowledge of digital or software-based products and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
  • General knowledge of the dental industry, clinical workflows, or healthcare environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver effective product demonstrations and presentations, both in-person and virtual
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales activity tracking tools
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Territory Managers, dealers, and internal teams

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in medical, dental, or technology-related fields
  • 5+ years of experience with SaaS product sales
  • Demonstrated experience delivering SaaS presentations or product demonstrations to customers
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft CE) preferred
  • Experience working with dealer networks or indirect sales channels is a plus
