TITLE: Admin Support Specialist

Report to: Operations/Customer Support Manager

FLSA Status: Full Time /Onsite

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Leedarson Support Specialist will be responsible for After Sales Customer Service, assist in the Shipping & Receiving departments as well as assist with the Inventory Management System to ensure needs of the warehouse are met.



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as first point of contact for end user customers by answering customer questions, providing technical support and product information.
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, e-mail, chat, etc. in timely and accurate manner and route escalated issues to appropriate personnel for assistance.
  • Maintain professional, service-oriented relationship with external Customer Care Team to resolve customer issues.
  • Track, follow-up and resolve customer’s outstanding issues in a timely fashion.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge
  • Communicate customer feedback to Customer Support Manager/Account Manager to develop processes for better serving customers.
  • Assists in verifying customer orders are accurate before shipping
  • Assists in sample and warranty replacement shipping
  • Assists in maintaining warehouse and office supplies levels
  • Assists in maintaining inventory by performing periodic inventory cycle counts
  • Records and reports damaged inventory in a timely manner
  • Assists in special projects and product testing
  • Support both the shipping and receiving departments by verifying orders before they ship when needed
  • RTV Management
  • Help in preparation of sample shipments to HQ
  • Prep orders to give to the warehouse crew
  • Assist warehouse admin as needed



QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years' experience Customer Service and Administrative Support
  • 2+ Logistic experience
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
  • previous customer service experience
  • organizational and coordination abilities,
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • keen on working in a fast-paced environment


PHYSICAL DEMANDS/REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk and sit; use hands and fingers; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear; and bend and stoop. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The position requires the ability to lift more than 35 to 50 lbs.
