Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Candidate Management: Continuously recruit and manage a diverse pool of candidates to fill job orders efficiently and effectively
- Contractor Management: Build and maintain a strong core of contractors on billing (COB) to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality talent
- Job Order Fulfillment: Fill job orders quickly and accurately, meeting client needs with a focus on profitability
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication and rapport-building
- Consultative Recruiting: Use active listening, questioning, and persuasion to influence candidate decisions and drive outcomes
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Technical Skills:
- Sourcing and Recruiting: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to identify top talent
- Closing: Negotiate terms and secure candidate placements
- Internet Searches: Conduct thorough online and database searches
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
