Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Candidate Management: Continuously recruit and manage a diverse pool of candidates to fill job orders efficiently and effectively
  • Contractor Management: Build and maintain a strong core of contractors on billing (COB) to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality talent
  • Job Order Fulfillment: Fill job orders quickly and accurately, meeting client needs with a focus on profitability
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication and rapport-building
  • Consultative Recruiting: Use active listening, questioning, and persuasion to influence candidate decisions and drive outcomes
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities


Technical Skills:

  • Sourcing and Recruiting: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to identify top talent
  • Closing: Negotiate terms and secure candidate placements
  • Internet Searches: Conduct thorough online and database searches
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
