As a Recruiting Associate, you’ll source, screen, and place top data and technology talent for client engagements. You’ll build genuine relationships with candidates and clients, manage a full placement lifecycle, and earn commission that compounds over time.

Base Salary + commission + full benefits

Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $55,000–$70,000+ | Year 2 strong performers: $85,000–$115,000+


What You’ll Do

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for data, analytics, and technology consulting roles
  • Build and manage a candidate pipeline
  • Conduct screening meetings and evaluate candidates against client requirements
  • Submit candidates, coordinate interviews, and drive placements to close
  • Maintain relationships with placed consultants throughout their engagements
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align talent delivery with client needs


What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2 years of recruiting, marketing, sales, or candidate-facing experience OR a Bachelor’s degree and internship experience in a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills — you build trust quickly with candidates and colleagues
  • Comfort on the phone and on video — screening calls and meetings are a core part of this role
  • Curiosity about the tech and data industry — you don’t need to be technical, but you’re eager to learn
  • Coachability and urgency — this role rewards consistent execution and fast improvement


What Your Day Might Include

  • Sourcing technology professionals on LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Conducting screens and evaluating candidate fit
  • Submitting candidates to open roles and coordinating interview logistics
  • Following up with placed consultants to ensure a strong experience
  • Logging activity in ATS and CRM systems
  • Participating in coaching sessions and pipeline reviews with your manager
