Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team structure, and required skill sets
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen candidates to validate technical background, experience, and fit for the role
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: intake → sourcing → screening → interviews → offer
- Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Track recruiting activity in ATS and maintain accurate notes and updates
- Provide market feedback on candidate availability, compensation, and hiring trends
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the process
Required Qualifications
- 1–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally supporting technical or IT roles
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or similar tools
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for roles such as software engineers, data analysts, infrastructure, or other IT positions
- Familiarity with technical terminology or ability to quickly learn it
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Agency or high-volume recruiting experience
