Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team structure, and required skill sets
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen candidates to validate technical background, experience, and fit for the role
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: intake → sourcing → screening → interviews → offer
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain communication between candidates and hiring teams
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Track recruiting activity in ATS and maintain accurate notes and updates
  • Provide market feedback on candidate availability, compensation, and hiring trends
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the process

Required Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally supporting technical or IT roles
  • Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or similar tools
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for roles such as software engineers, data analysts, infrastructure, or other IT positions
  • Familiarity with technical terminology or ability to quickly learn it
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Agency or high-volume recruiting experience
