Technical Product Manager

Position Overview:

The Senior Technical Product Manager serves as a strategic execution partner to senior leadership. This contract role focuses on executive communications, presentation development, data-driven analysis, and technical collaboration. The role operates with high autonomy and supports shifting priorities on an ad hoc basis. The ideal candidate can translate complex technical and organizational narratives into clear, executive-ready materials with minimal direction.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and edit leadership communications, including organizational updates, talking points, meeting briefs, town hall scripts, and executive correspondence across digital channels.

• Build executive-ready presentations for business reviews, portfolio reviews, steering committees, town halls, and partner meetings.

• Develop clear content approaches for web, email, conference messaging, and stakeholder briefings.

• Create high clarity deliverables such as visual one-pagers, narrative memos, infographics, decision briefs, short form video scripts, and interactive frequently asked questions.

• Build charts, dashboards, and data summaries that support executive decision making.

• Translate workforce analytics, portfolio data, and operational metrics into senior leadership-ready formats.

• Partner with analytics teams to source, validate, and present data used in executive materials.

• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to understand technical constraints, platform capabilities, and integration dependencies.

• Engage in discussions related to artificial intelligence and machine learning product design, including large language models and prompt engineering concepts.

• Support special projects such as organizational planning, offsite preparation, and cross-functional deliverables.

• Maintain strict confidentiality due to exposure to sensitive organizational and strategic information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6 to 10+ years of experience in technical product management, executive communications, or strategy roles within large technology or regulated organizations.
• Advanced presentation development skills with a proven record of executive-level deliverables.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce polished content with minimal revision.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management experience in matrixed environments.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, including large language models and prompt engineering.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, or financial services.
• Ability to work onsite as required by the customer engagement.
