Tech Training Project Manager

Must Haves

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience within industrial spaces/teams (i.e. familiarity with work instructions for plant operators, facilities, QC, manufacturing, etc.)
• Experience managing projects involving video creation
• Prior experience working within utilities spaces
• Extensive reporting experience utilizing PM tools (MS Project, Jira, excel, etc.)

Plusses

• Pharmaceutical/life sciences experience
• Experience working within cleanrooms/clean spaces
• Scrum Master/scrum certified

Day to Day

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our largest pharmaceutical clients 5x/week onsite in Rensselaer, NY. This individual will be working with the Technical Training organization managing a team responsible for the transition of work instructions and SOPs into video-based content training modules. They will manage assignments of SOPs and work instructions to e-learning specialists and technical writers, tracking progress of conversion into video content, and reporting on milestone delivery and team performance. They will be expected to maintain consistent communication between the Regeneron stakeholders and team of contractors. This individual must have proven experience managing large teams with multiple competing priorities in fast paced environments.
