SUMMARY
This role owns the strategy, planning, and execution of Butler/Till’s conference, event, and speaking engagement presence, from initial concept through post-event analysis. Serving as the central point of coordination, this individual manages complex event logistics, vendor partnerships, budgets, and event technology while delivering high-impact, on-brand experiences. The role also acts as a trusted partner to senior leaders, ensuring seamless, white-glove support for speaking engagements, panels, and stakeholder interactions. With a strong eye for brand consistency and experience design, this position plays a key role in elevating Butler/Till’s visibility, thought leadership, and return on event investment.
The ideal candidate is a masterful organizer who leads with ownership, anticipation, and a hospitality first mindset. They operate proactively, solving problems before they surface, while remaining calm and confident in highs takes, fast paced environments. As a polished and trusted communicator, they engage seamlessly with C-suite leaders and external stakeholders, bringing an operator’s mentality to every detail and delivering experiences that feel effortless to those inside them.

COMPENSATION
Butler/Till is committed to providing pay transparency of our compensation philosophy and ensuring equitable pay practices for our employee owners. The compensation range for this position is $62,000 - $98,000 and represents the annual salary range in Rochester, NY. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
This is just one component of Butler/Till’s total compensation package for employee owners. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including ESOP (employee stock ownership plan), an annual bonus, in addition to a full benefits package, and paid time off benefits, including 100% paid parental leave. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
