The Technology Business Services Sr Manager serves as a key leader in the WIM Technology Business Services organization, running IT as a Business. The role works cross-functionally, in partnership with other Leaders across Wells Fargo Technology, supporting staffing, sourcing, finances and human capital reporting.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the implementation and management of strategic supplier management, including facilitation of vendor QBRs, alignment of SLAs and relationship management
- Assists other IT Managers with cultivation and negotiation of external sourcing options for IT and business roles
- Keep abreast of industry trends that have an impact on technology sourcing strategy, through external advisor services and in partnership with Sourcing & Procurement and Vendor Management functions
- Oversees IT workforce management, including sourcing, training and development of staff
- Produce monthly IT performance dashboards in line with tech strategy and benchmark comparisons relating to service operations, talent management, financial management, portfolio management and other strategic imperatives
- Calculates and reports on periodic basis IT performance against defined key performance indications using various tools and techniques
- Manage centralized hiring approach for key technology roles, facilitating interview panels and selection criteria
- Oversee diversity hiring program and pipelines for talent
- Provide resource on-boarding support for training, logistics and procurement of specialized equipment

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of technology experience
- 5+ years of experience with strategic planning in a technology environment
- 3+ years of experience with leadership in an enterprise technology environment
- 7 + years of experience in one or a combination of the following: strategic planning, initiative management, project management, project delivery, digital product/program management, technology, corporate communications, paralegal, process engineering, or military experience; with a voluntary 2 year minimum career break
- 7 + years of experience identifying, documenting, escalating and resolving issues
- 7+ years of experience conducting project meetings, presentations and status reporting
- 7+ years of leadership or management experience
- 7+ years of technology vendor management experience including hardware, software or professional services
- 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics or reporting
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing large or multiple technology development efforts within a major line of business
- Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
- 7+ years of financial services industry experience
- 7+ years of strategic planning and development experience
- Knowledge and understanding of Tableau
- Experience hiring and onboarding internal and external candidates while delivering a positive and engaging candidate experience
- Ability to deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience for internal and external candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process
- Ability to analyze metrics and articulate data trends both visually and verbally
- Ability to consult with business partners to define key performance metrics, dashboards or scorecards
