About Our Client

Our client is a well-established public accounting firm serving closely held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, trusts, estates, and nonprofit organizations throughout the Greater Philadelphia region.

For decades, the firm has built long-standing client relationships by providing practical tax, accounting, advisory, and consulting services. They pride themselves on delivering partner-level service, maintaining a collaborative culture, and helping clients navigate increasingly complex tax and business challenges.

As the firm continues to grow through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions, they are seeking an experienced tax leader to join the organization and play a significant role in its future leadership.

Opportunity Overview

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced tax professional who is seeking a genuine path to partnership.

The firm is looking for an individual who can independently manage a substantial book of business, serve as a trusted advisor to clients, mentor staff, review complex tax engagements, and help provide leadership as the firm prepares for future succession and growth initiatives.

This is not a role for someone seeking a highly specialized corporate environment where responsibilities are siloed. The firm's leaders remain hands-on, stay close to clients, and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess the technical expertise, client management capabilities, and leadership presence necessary to become a future equity partner following a successful transition period.
