Location: Elkins Park, PA (Hybrid)

Salary Range: $100,000 – $160,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and review complex business and individual tax engagements
  • Advise clients on tax strategies, compliance, and planning opportunities
  • Lead and mentor tax staff, fostering professional growth and development
  • Oversee preparation of tax returns and ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Conduct technical research and stay current with IRS and state regulations
  • Collaborate with partners and leadership on firm initiatives and client success

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of public accounting tax experience, including prior CPA firm experience
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting required; CPA license and/or Master’s in Taxation preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code and IRS procedures
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Commitment to high professional standards and client confidentiality
