We are conducting a search on behalf of Kiernan Trebach, a well-regarded litigation-focused law firm with offices along the East Coast. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, they're looking for a TA Specialist who wants real ownership, not just calendar management. The incumbent will drive attorney recruiting end to end, run the summer associate program, and work closely with firm leadership. The Role
Reports to: Director of Human Resources
Location: Washington, DC
Schedule: 5 days a week in office
Travel: Occasional travel to East Coast offices
Salary: $75,000 – $95,000
Benefits: Health insurance included
