Acquisition Specialist (In-Home Closer — Full Training Provided)

We're the local home-buying brand of MOGU Asset Management, LLC — a Texas real estate investment company. We buy houses directly from homeowners across San Antonio and Bexar County: fast closings, fair offers, no agents, no waiting. We're growing, and we're looking for one exceptional closer to own our acquisitions seat.
THE ROLE
This is full-cycle field sales. You take a qualified seller call, set the appointment, drive to the property, walk it, build the offer on the numbers, and close in person. You won't chase cold lists — our marketing engine produces qualified seller leads, with AI responding in under 60 seconds, so the appointment is already on your calendar.
Why this role is different: we hire for closing ability, not real estate résumés — and we train you on the sale itself. If you've closed in solar, roofing, auto, insurance, or any in-home/high-ticket setting and you're tired of capped plans, this is a clean path into real estate investment with full training and no bad habits to unlearn.
Straight talk: these aren't "laydown" deals. Sellers take time to decide, so the sale is high-touch and played over many contacts. If you're built for the long game, the upside is uncapped.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Qualifying motivated sellers on Discovery calls and setting the appointment
- Running on-site walkthroughs — condition, photos, comps
- Calculating the Maximum Allowable Offer on the spot
- Presenting, negotiating, and closing the Purchase Sale Agreement in person
- Managing a disciplined pipeline end to end
- Building local relationships that generate your next deals
WHAT YOU BRING
- A strong closer, or the raw talent and drive to become one — we train you on our specific type of sale
- Persistence — most deals take many touch points and sellers are slow to decide; you play the long game and don't fold after the first "no"
- Confidence closing face-to-face, including with sellers in difficult situations
- Strong phone presence, number sense, and CRM discipline
- A reliable vehicle and daily availability in the field across San Antonio
- U.S. work authorization
- No real estate license or experience required
- In-home/high-ticket sales background and bilingual English/Spanish are strong pluses
COMPENSATION & GROWTH
- 8–15% of net deal profit, uncapped. Choose a small base of $1,500/month + 8–10%, or no base + 12–15%.
- Expected first-year OTE $80,000+; top performers $150,000+
