An established and growing organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and execute recruiting efforts across multiple departments. This individual will play a critical role in identifying high-quality talent, partnering with leadership, and driving an efficient and effective hiring process.

What You’ll Do
Drive Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Own the full recruitment process from role intake through offer stage
- Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
- Proactively source candidates through a variety of channels, including professional networks, job platforms, and referrals
- Evaluate candidates through screenings and interviews to ensure alignment with role expectations
Partner with Leadership
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to provide guidance on recruiting strategies and market insights
- Manage expectations and maintain alignment throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a structured and consistent approach
Enhance the Candidate Experience
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication at every stage
- Create a positive and engaging experience that reflects a high standard of professionalism
Support Recruiting Operations
- Maintain accurate and organized records within the applicant tracking system
- Ensure all hiring practices align with applicable regulations and internal standards
- Monitor recruiting activity and track key performance metrics
Build Talent Pipelines
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs
- Continuously identify ways to improve sourcing techniques and recruitment processes
- Participate in networking efforts and talent engagement initiatives as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment regulations
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience supporting a variety of roles and departments
