An established and growing organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and execute recruiting efforts across multiple departments. This individual will play a critical role in identifying high-quality talent, partnering with leadership, and driving an efficient and effective hiring process.

What You’ll Do

Drive Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Own the full recruitment process from role intake through offer stage
  • Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
  • Proactively source candidates through a variety of channels, including professional networks, job platforms, and referrals
  • Evaluate candidates through screenings and interviews to ensure alignment with role expectations

Partner with Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to provide guidance on recruiting strategies and market insights
  • Manage expectations and maintain alignment throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a structured and consistent approach

Enhance the Candidate Experience

  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication at every stage
  • Create a positive and engaging experience that reflects a high standard of professionalism

Support Recruiting Operations

  • Maintain accurate and organized records within the applicant tracking system
  • Ensure all hiring practices align with applicable regulations and internal standards
  • Monitor recruiting activity and track key performance metrics

Build Talent Pipelines

  • Develop and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs
  • Continuously identify ways to improve sourcing techniques and recruitment processes
  • Participate in networking efforts and talent engagement initiatives as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment regulations
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience supporting a variety of roles and departments
