They collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and leadership to forecast staffing needs, build talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Candidates: Use platforms like LinkedIn, Handshake, job boards, and AI-powered tools to identify both active and passive candidates.
• Screening and Interviews: Conduct phone or video interviews, assess qualifications, and evaluate cultural fit.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the hiring process from intake meetings and job postings to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Employer Branding: Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and online platforms to attract top talent and maintain a strong employer brand.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, alumni networks, and “silver-medalist” candidates for future roles.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and quality of hire, and provide insights to improve hiring strategies.
