As we continue to expand rapidly, we are seeking a Recruitment Manager who is excited to develop innovative hiring strategies, strengthen our talent pipeline, and ensure we attract top-tier talent across our organization. The Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Manager partners closely with the Vice President of HR, operational leadership, and hiring managers to design, execute, and optimize recruitment strategies. This role ensures we attract, evaluate, and hire exceptional talent aligned with organizational goals, culture, and performance expectations.

Location & Work Environment

  • Hybrid schedule based in Dallas
  • In-office Tuesday–Thursday
  • Remote Mondays & Fridays
  • Frequent collaboration with leadership and operational teams across multiple locations


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution

  • Build and execute scalable recruiting strategies that support hiring needs across clinical, operational, and corporate functions.
  • Conduct regular workforce and hiring needs assessments with operational and business leaders.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of organizational talent needs, role requirements, and business priorities.
  • Create and refine recruitment processes that improve speed, efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for key roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.

Sourcing, Pipeline Development & Market Intelligence

  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, hard-to-find talent.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through targeted outreach, networking, professional associations, industry events, and digital platforms.
  • Maintain competitive market intelligence to inform hiring strategies and compensation benchmarks.
  • Expand and optimize our employer brand presence across job boards, digital platforms, and social channels.

Hiring Manager Partnership & Support

  • Serve as a consultative recruiting advisor to leaders, providing guidance on job design, interview best practices, and selection strategies.
  • Facilitate structured interview processes that support consistency, fairness, and predictive candidate evaluation.
  • Provide real-time insights on candidate pipelines, hiring timelines, and recruitment metrics.
  • Partner with leaders to forecast staffing needs and plan recruitment capacity.

Candidate Experience & Process Optimization

  • Ensure an exceptional, people-first candidate experience at every stage of the process.
  • Manage ATS workflows, interview scheduling, communication, documentation, and compliance.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for alignment, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Implement best practices in diversity recruiting and inclusive hiring practices.

Offer Management, Onboarding Support & Compliance

  • Draft, finalize, and deliver employment offers in alignment with compensation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to support a seamless “pre-boarding” handoff to onboarding teams.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, OFCCP guidelines, documentation standards, and internal hiring policies.
  • Maintain organized and accurate recruiting records and reporting.

Recruitment Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, funnel conversion rates).
  • Provide data-driven insights to leadership to inform hiring strategies and workforce planning.
  • Monitor technology and tools to ensure recruiting systems support operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment impact and organizational performance.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in multi-site or high-growth environments
  • Proven success designing and executing sourcing strategies for clinical, operational, or corporate roles
  • Experience building scalable recruiting processes, systems, and pipelines
  • Strong understanding of talent markets, recruiting analytics, and employer branding
  • Ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders at multiple levels
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
