The Rosen Group is managing a confidential search for a strategic, highly influential, and data-driven Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead and modernize the recruitment function for a growing regional leader. This is a high-visibility role designed for a strategic talent leader who enjoys being "hands-on" while building the infrastructure necessary for scalable growth.


You will serve as a key advisor to executive leadership, transforming how the organization identifies, attracts, and retains top-tier talent in a competitive market.


This is a hybrid role (2-3 days onsite) located in Gloucester County, NJ.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with executives on workforce forecasting, talent availability, and long-term hiring strategies.
  • Full-Cycle Execution: Oversee recruitment across all functions while driving improvements in quality-of-hire and time-to-fill.
  • Process & Analytics: Implement scalable tools and systems; track and report on key metrics (funnel conversion, etc.) to drive data-based decisions. Advanced Workday experience is a plus!
  • Branding & DEI: Strengthen the employer brand through innovative marketing and integrate DEI strategies into all sourcing and hiring workflows.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing recruiting team..


Qualifications

  • Experience: 7–10+ years in TA, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strategic Impact: Proven ability to build/scale recruiting processes and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Workday ATS and recruiting analytics.
  • Location: Ability to work hybrid (2–3 days onsite in Gloucester County, NJ).
