Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Manager role based in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings with hiring leaders, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. The role includes building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for property management, maintenance, corporate, and other key roles across Texas. This position will develop and execute recruitment strategies, coordinate interview processes, ensure a consistent and inclusive candidate experience, and maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also support employer branding initiatives, collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, analyze hiring metrics, and recommend process improvements that align with Ambo Properties’ core values and growth goals.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
  • Demonstrated experience in Hiring and Interviewing, with the ability to guide structured, fair, and job-related selection processes.
  • Experience with Employer Branding, including promoting company culture, values, and opportunities across channels.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, recruitment metrics, and applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common recruitment platforms (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, social media).
  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or a multi-site environment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX, manage multiple open requisitions, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
