In this role, you will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule high-volume interviews, manage candidate communication, and contribute to a positive and efficient hiring experience across the organization. Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a vital part in ensuring a seamless and professional experience for candidates and hiring teams. This includes coordinating interviews, managing scheduling logistics, and maintaining communication channels. You will also support various Talent Acquisition initiatives and provide general administrative support as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews based on hiring team calendar availability.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Welcome candidates, guests, and new hires upon arrival at the reception area.
- Monitor and maintain multiple shared Talent Acquisition email inboxes.
- Coordinate schedules for mid-level roles and collaborate with Administrative Assistants to confirm manager availability.
- Provide general support across Talent Acquisition operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of related professional experience (e.g., administrative support, customer service, HR support).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to follow established processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Two or more years of experience in a customer service or talent acquisition environment.
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-volume, fast-changing environment with frequent ambiguity.
- Demonstrated experience maintaining professionalism and efficiency under pressure.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and self-organize.
