Responsibilities:

Cantor Fitzgerald is seeking a highly organized, service‑oriented Talent Development & Engagement Coordinator to support Talent Development and Employee Engagement initiatives as part of a collaborative Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail‑driven professional with strong communication, design, and organizational skills who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about employee development and engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage talent and learning platforms and reporting, including Oracle HCM and Oracle Learning
  • Support Early Career and Internship programs, including coordination, communications, and logistics
  • Create, design, and distribute employee communications, including newsletters, event invitations, announcements, and other branded materials
  • Draft written content and design visual assets for Talent Development, Employee Engagement, and Philanthropy initiatives
  • Maintain and update multiple SharePoint sites, engagement pages, and initiative directories
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive‑ready materials; conduct research as needed
  • Coordinate logistics for Talent Development & Engagement events such as networking events, lunch‑and‑learns, professional development sessions, and volunteer activities
  • Manage shared mailboxes and respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Process, track, and reconcile departmental invoices to ensure budget compliance
  • Document meeting notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow‑up
  • Oversee calendar coordination and support ad hoc employee and leadership requests
  • Perform general administrative duties and provide support on special projects as assigned


Qualifications:

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Experience creating visually engaging communications using design tools such as Canva and Adobe
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and demonstrated interest in Talent Development and Employee Engagement
  • Experience planning large‑scale professional events is a plus

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required


Salary:

$70,000 – $75,000

The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis, considering a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan), this position may be eligible for additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and other short‑ and long‑term incentives.
