Job Description
The Facilities Coordinator 4 provides critical operational support for a fast-paced headquarters facility by coordinating a small team of multi-skilled operatives, managing vendors and contractors, and ensuring that building operations run smoothly and efficiently. This contract role focuses heavily on computer-based work, including responding to emails, dispatching and closing work tickets, and supporting financial and reporting processes, while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and delivering high levels of customer service.

Work Environment
This is a contract position with an expected end date of 9/30/26, subject to potential changes in transition timelines. The role is based in a headquarters building and operates in a very fast-paced environment that requires a high level of responsiveness and professionalism. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position is heavily computer-based, involving extensive use of email, work order systems, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. The work involves regular interaction with internal stakeholders, vendors, landlords, and contractors, as well as frequent site inspections and audits within the facility. The interview process typically includes a first-round virtual interview followed by a second-round in-person interview.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
