About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its growing Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR or recruiting professional who enjoys creating a positive candidate experience, managing recruiting operations, and supporting high-volume hiring initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruitment systems, and ensuring a seamless hiring process from initial application through onboarding. This position offers strong visibility across the organization and close collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of the interview process, including scheduling, candidate communications, and interview logistics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support recruiting initiatives across multiple locations.
  • Prepare and distribute interview schedules, candidate materials, and meeting details.
  • Manage job postings across internal and external job boards, ensuring accuracy and consistency in employer branding.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting databases, and reporting tools.
  • Monitor recruiting workflows and ensure candidate records remain accurate and compliant.
  • Support onboarding activities and coordinate a smooth transition from offer acceptance through start date.
  • Assist with recruitment marketing efforts, including job fairs, community outreach, social media recruiting, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Support reporting and tracking of recruiting metrics and hiring activity.
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws, company policies, and best practices.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and hiring demands in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition coordination, recruiting coordination, HR support, or a related function.
  • Experience supporting recruiting efforts within manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or similar environments is a plus.
  • Strong experience scheduling interviews and coordinating high-volume recruiting activities.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to build relationships with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
