We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and AI-curious Recruiting Coordinator to support an exceptional candidate and hiring team experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is excited about how emerging technologies can enhance recruiting operations, coordination, and communication.


The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruiting process by coordinating interviews, managing scheduling logistics, maintaining recruiting systems, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. This individual will also have the opportunity to explore AI-enabled tools and process improvements that drive efficiency across Talent Acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:

Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, calendars, and time zones
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and strong attention to detail
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with interview logistics, scheduling changes, and offer coordination


Recruiting Operations & Administration:

  • Maintain accurate candidate and interview data within applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
  • Assist with recruiting operations, reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional teams to support hiring initiatives and recruiting events
  • Ensure smooth coordination of virtual meetings, interview schedules, and recruiting workflows


Process Improvement & AI Innovation:

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI tools, and process optimization
  • Stay informed on emerging recruiting technologies and contribute ideas to improve team effectiveness and candidate experience
  • Support the adoption of new systems, digital tools, and innovative recruiting practices


Required Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Comfortable learning new systems, technologies, and digital tools
  • Interest in AI, automation, and innovative ways of working within Talent Acquisition


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting recruiting, HR, scheduling, coordination, customer service, or administrative functions
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, calendar management, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Exposure to recruiting operations, interview coordination, or Talent Acquisition processes is a plus
