The Americas AVIRE team is seeking a highly driven individual to support our continued growth by strengthening our contract management processes and system integrity. In this role, you will serve as a key operational partner to Sales, Customer Experience, and Finance teams, ensuring contracts are accurately administered, maintained, and optimized across systems.


Job Summary:

The System Contract Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end administration, tracking, and optimization of customer contracts and system-based contract data. This includes managing contract lifecycles, ensuring data accuracy across internal systems, supporting contract renewals, and maintaining compliance with company standards.

This role acts as a central point of coordination between commercial teams and internal systems to ensure contracts are executed, maintained, and renewed efficiently while providing visibility into contract performance and risks.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in contract lifecycle management within CRM/ERP systems.


What you will do:

  1. Create and maintain new customer accounts within internal systems.
  2. Administer and maintain customer contracts throughout the lifecycle, including onboarding, execution, renewals, amendments and expirations.
  3. Track and proactively manage contract renewal cycles (e.g., SIM contracts, SmartView Hub agreements), ensuring timely follow-up and continuity of service.
  4. Ensure accurate contract data entry and integrity within CRM/ERP systems, including pricing, billing terms, duration, and customer hierarchies.
  5. Partner with Sales and Customer Experience teams to review, validate, and process contract documentation in alignment with company policies.
  6. Monitor and audit contract records to ensure compliance, completeness, and accuracy across all systems.
  7. Identify discrepancies or risks in contract data and drive resolution through cross-functional collaboration.
  8. Support system-based contract workflows, including approvals, renewals, and amendments.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding contract inquiries, status updates, and issue resolution.
  10. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance contract management efficiency and system functionality.
  11. Support customer onboarding by ensuring contract and account setup is aligned and complete within systems.
  12. Process and manage customer registrations for the company’s online store platform.
  13. Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets, as well as contribute to process improvements and initiatives to help drive a best-in-class support.
  14. Performs other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in contract administration, customer operations, or system data management.
  • Experience working in ERP or CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar).
