Talent Specialist (Accounting & Administrative Focus) | Oklahoma City, OK


As a Talent Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the placement of accounting, finance, and administrative professionals across the Oklahoma City market. This position blends recruiting, relationship management, and operational support, with a strong focus on identifying and matching top talent to client needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of contract and contract-to-hire staffing within accounting, finance, and administrative roles
  • Develop recruiting strategies, post job opportunities, screen resumes, and coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
  • Conduct candidate interviews with a focus on evaluating technical skills (AP/AR, reconciliations, data entry, reporting, etc.) and administrative capabilities
  • Administer and review skills assessments (Excel, accounting software, data accuracy, etc
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and career guidance to candidates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure engagement and satisfaction throughout assignments
  • Partner with internal teams to meet weekly placement and business development goals
  • Support client needs by delivering high-quality candidates and maintaining excellent customer service
  • Track candidate activity, pipelines, and placement details within the applicant tracking system (ATS) with a high level of accuracy
  • Stay informed on local accounting and administrative hiring trends and talent availability in the Oklahoma City market


Qualifications

  • Background or interest in accounting, finance, or administrative support roles preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • 0+ years of experience required (entry-level friendly)


Compensation

  • Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 DOE
  • Bonus potential based on performance
