Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to oversee and optimize our processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating with supply chain partners, and implementing process improvements to ensure efficient stock management. This role requires strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn warehouse management systems. The Supply Chain Analyst will play a critical role in supporting operational excellence, reducing costs, and enhancing overall supply chain performance.

Annual KPI-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control procedures in our Colorado distribution center.
• Utilize data analytics tools such as Power BI, and SAP
• Implement process improvements for inventory management workflows to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with logistics teams on shipping, receiving and materials handling to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and develop corrective action plans.
• Manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms to track inventory movements accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards related to materials handling and heavy lifting activities within warehouses.

Skills

• New college graduates with a degree in supply chain management, business management, warehouse distribution, and logistics operations.
• Learn current management systems and warehouse operations
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as root cause analysis and supply chain analytics.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
