Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain / WMS IT Analyst with strong expertise in Manhattan PKMS and warehouse operations. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, business analysis, and end-to-end SDLC participation in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Must-Have (Non-Negotiable) Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Manhattan PKMS / WMi
- Strong experience working on the warehouse floor & production support
- Expertise in Requirements Gathering, Gap/Fit Analysis & Solution Design
- Hands-on experience with Functional Testing, SIT & UAT
- Solid understanding of Distribution solutions & processes
- Experience with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong IT Business Analysis & Project Leadership skills
- Ability to design, test, and support system integrations
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues on warehouse systems
- Convert business requirements into functional user stories
- Lead/support SIT, UAT, and functional testing cycles
- Develop test strategies, scripts, and validation reports
- Collaborate across global teams and multiple stakeholders
- Support documentation, training, and deployment activities
- Manage prioritization, escalation, and delivery reviews
