What You'll Be Doing
- Lead all field operations from mobilization through project completion
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, safety, and quality control
- Drive project milestones while maintaining budget and schedule objectives
- Coordinate closely with project managers, owners, architects, and consultants
- Conduct daily site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting
- Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all project requirements
- Proactively identify and resolve field issues before they impact project performance
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of superintendent experience on ground-up commercial construction projects
- Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing projects from sitework through completion
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced field environment
- OSHA certification and commitment to jobsite safety
Compensation & Benefits
