� Airport Superintendent – Aviation Construction

We’re hiring an experienced Airport Superintendent to lead complex aviation and airport projects across the DFW area.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead field operations on aviation and airport construction projects throughout DFW
• Manage terminal renovations, concourse upgrades, tenant improvements and interior finish-outs within active airport environments
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, logistics and airport operations teams in secure, fast-paced settings
• Oversee projects during both day and night shifts depending on operational requirements
• Drive schedule, safety, production and quality from preconstruction through closeout
• Maintain exceptional standards on high-visibility, client-facing projects
• Partner closely with Project Managers and leadership teams to ensure seamless project execution
🔹 What They’re Looking For
• Proven Superintendent experience in aviation/airport
• Ability to successfully manage projects in occupied and highly regulated environments
• Experience coordinating both day and night shift operations
• Strong leadership, scheduling and subcontractor management skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety and quality
• Experience with high-end interior finishes is highly preferred
