How you'll make an impact in this role

• Collaborate with RN preceptors to deliver direct, compassionate nursing care and assist patients with essential activities of daily living.
• Master clinical fundamentals by accurately monitoring vital signs and observing patient status to ensure timely medical responses.
• Influence care planning by reporting critical observations and test results, directly contributing to the development of patient treatment strategies.
• Maintain real-time documentation of patient progress and environmental safety to ensure seamless communication across the healthcare team.
• Support clinical flow by preparing and transporting patients for diagnostic services and managing the immediate care environment.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High school diploma/GED required. Must be accepted or enrolled into a Nursing program upon date of hire/transfer and begin classes within 90 days of date of hire/transfer.
