Role Responsibilities

Proactively fill open job orders by sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates
Perform weekly recruiting activities aligned to GM goals set by leadership
Apply assessment criteria to evaluate candidates; escalate exceptions to leadership
Perform job postings, social media outreach, and recruitment marketing within approved guidelines
Accurately document all recruiting activities in ATS and weekly trackers
Actively participate in unemployment processes and Workers’ Compensation programs and policies that need to be addressed at the branch.

Qualifications

1+ years of relevant experience
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Strong relationship building and communication skills
Metrics driven with a high level of responsiveness and engagement
Team oriented and willingness to help
Highly resourceful with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong technology and social media skills
Strong planning, time management and analytical skills
