🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Account Manager
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who can own major customer relationships end-to-end and thrive at the intersection of commercial strategy, engineering, and execution.
This role is the primary face to the customer — building trusted relationships across engineering, quality, purchasing, and plant leadership while driving all commercial aspects of the account. You’ll lead pricing, RFQs, contracts, and account strategy, while proactively solving problems and identifying growth opportunities.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Owning all commercial activity for assigned accounts — revenue growth, pricing strategy, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction
• Building strong customer relationships through regular on-site engagement
• Developing and executing account strategies and action plans
• Leading RFQ activity, value-selling, and competitive pricing decisions
• Managing program launches and customer schedules from quote to execution
• Protecting existing business while identifying new growth opportunities
• Supporting customer scorecards across quality, delivery, sustainability, and performance
• Partnering cross-functionally to ensure customer commitments are met

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field
• 5–10 years of automotive or manufacturing commercial experience
• Experience supporting large Tier 1 or OEM accounts preferred
• Ability to travel ~15%
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
