We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Director to lead strategic client partnerships, oversee integrated marketing campaigns, and drive commercial growth across a portfolio of high-value accounts. This role is ideal for a client-focused leader with strong experience in social media, influencer marketing, digital campaigns, and team leadership.


As a senior member of the business, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring exceptional campaign delivery while identifying opportunities for account expansion. You will also mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative, results-driven campaigns.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring long-term growth and satisfaction.
  • Respond to client briefs by developing strategic and creative campaign solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Create persuasive proposals, presentations, and pitches for new and existing business opportunities.
  • Build strong client relationships and serve as the primary senior point of contact.
  • Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Deliver regular updates, reporting, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Present confidently in pitches, kick-off meetings, and campaign review sessions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client partnerships.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members, supporting their growth and development.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including strategy, creative, planning, and campaign delivery.


Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in account management, client services, or marketing leadership roles within an agency or brand environment.
  • Strong background in digital, social media, influencer, or integrated marketing.
  • Proven success managing large-scale client accounts and delivering measurable campaign results.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow accounts through strategic thinking and commercial awareness.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
