Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen operations. This role is responsible for overseeing daily culinary execution, managing kitchen staff, maintaining high standards of food quality, and collaborating on menu development.


This is a seasonal position.


Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish

- Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain a strong, professional team

- Collaborate with the Executive Chef/ownership on menu planning and seasonal updates

- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations

- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls

- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment

- Oversee plating and presentation standards

- Handle scheduling and labor management for kitchen staff


Qualifications

- 3–5+ years of experience in a leadership kitchen role (Sous Chef or higher)

- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail

- Culinary degree preferred but not required
