Position Overview


We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Chef de Cuisine to lead the culinary program for our exclusive club. This role is ideal for a chef who thrives in a creative, autonomous environment and is passionate about developing a truly unique, terroir-driven dining experience.


The Chef de Cuisine will be responsible for crafting a dynamic, seasonal, farm-to-table menu that reflects the richness of our land while thoughtfully complementing our house bourbon portfolio. This individual must balance innovation with execution, delivering exceptional cuisine tailored to a discerning and sophisticated membership.


Key Responsibilities


-Lead and execute the culinary vision for the club, ensuring a consistently exceptional dining experience

-Design and evolve seasonal menus that highlight ingredients sourced directly from the estate and local purveyors

-Develop dishes specifically crafted to pair with and enhance the flavor profiles of our bourbon offerings

-Establish and maintain strong relationships with farmers, artisans, and estate agriculture teams

-Oversee all kitchen operations, including staffing, training, and performance management

-Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and safety

-Create bespoke dining experiences, private tastings, and special events for members

-Adapt menus and service styles to meet the preferences and expectations of our members

-Manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen budgets with precision


Qualifications


-Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment

-Strong foundation in farm-to-table cuisine and seasonal menu development

-Deep understanding of flavor pairing, with a particular interest in spirits—bourbon experience is highly desirable

-Demonstrated creativity and ability to develop innovative culinary concepts

-Exceptional leadership and team development skills and values

-Ability to operate with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail in a private club setting
