Job Description
This role sits within a field sourcing team that supports Reliability and Maintenance Engineering, Health and Safety, and Direct Operations functions by identifying and engaging high-quality external talent. You will focus on high-volume passive sourcing across both technical and non-technical roles, partnering closely with offer and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Work Environment
This is an onsite position based in Seattle, WA, operating on a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (40 hours per week). The role does not typically require overtime, weekend, or holiday work. You will work in a collaborative recruiting environment as part of a field sourcing team that supports multiple operational business groups. The team culture is described as positive and supportive, with a focus on partnership, communication, and continuous improvement in sourcing practices. You will use standard recruiting technologies and applicant tracking systems to manage candidates and collaborate with offer and onboarding partners in a professional office setting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
