Contract Technical Recruiter – Cruise Line Industry

Location: In‑office Mon–Thu | Remote Fridays

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Industry: Cruise Line / Travel & Hospitality

This is a high‑impact contract recruiting role supporting the corporate IT organization of a major cruise line company headquartered in Florida. The cruise line industry is one of the fastest‑growing sectors in the state, offering long‑term career visibility and future opportunities across technology, digital transformation, and enterprise operations.

  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for corporate IT and product roles
  • Partner with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor
  • Source and screen active and passive technical candidates
  • Conduct behavioral and technical interviews
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, and candidate communications
  • Collaborate with HR, Compensation, and HRIS teams
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience from first contact to start date
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting technical and IT roles
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
  • ATS experience (PeopleSoft preferred)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Miami, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $46.50/hr.
